Destination Plus has managed the hotel requirements for our Association for many years.  They negotiate with hotels across the country, and manage the room blocks – allowing delegates to reserve online, by phone or by fax.  We receive weekly reports showing current bookings and historical data.  If the need arises to reduce the block or find additional rooms, they do so immediately and often without the need for us to direct the change.
